Well, as much as I like Tarantino, I don't think quality is as a factor to whether or not he likes as movie. I think it has to so with if he did something interesting. I can understand the frustration with him though considering he has yet to inspire anything that wasn't groan inducing from directors that look up to him.

    I guess that's the problem with anyone who makes as big of an impact as he did, there's always going to be subpar knock-offs that pollute the culture and endanger the reputation of the original. And it sometimes seems like Tarantino is copying the copies of his own work. I am intrigued about his next project though.
