Wim Wenders makes yet another sympathetic portrait of an artist, and once again the result is very engrossing. A few of the dance numbers failed to grab me, but for most of the running time this was a thrilling experience. We learn next to nothing about the life of Pina Bausch, as Wenders has chose to acquant his audience with her art instead. I see no reason to complain. Also: This looks superb in 3D.
