If you’re interested in reading further, there’s a fantastic short DeLillo piece on it… and Berenice Reynaud’s ‘For Wanda’ in Elasesser & King’s ‘The Last Great American Picture Show’) is a rich overview of the film, and Loden’s terribly short career.
