I agree with you that Nolan is a "Master". Like Hitchcock in the fifties, America denies his brilliance and passes him off in the press as a nice director who can sell tickets. My favorite film of his is Prestige, is yours Inception? With each new film of his, Pfister's camera becomes more acrobatic: I doubt it's because Nolan's confidence is growing with each homerun but that producers are handing him more dough to do what he's been waiting to do, which is why i'm always excited for his next feature.
