I am a film director/editor and Co-founder of X-Factor Filmmakers, a company I started as a student when I realized that making films for the rest of ours lives, means we will need money and support. My dad and I run X-Factor Filmmakers that raises awareness and money for female filmmakers. However, we would never dream of alienating one sex or another. Instead, we aim to wrap a community around the philosophy that both sexes create phenomenal films but, are not represented evenly at movie theaters in America and around the world.
See the forum to contribute your thoughts about why women film directors might be rare. This will affect how we will be helping in the future. Dude, Where are all the Chicks?
