I think it's better to miss out it!
Did you guys miss out Centochiodi (One Hundred Nails)? Add it.
"The joy of Wavelength is in seeing so many new actors - light and space, walls, soaring windows, an amazing number of color/shadow variations that live and die in the window panes - made into major aesthetic components of movie experience." Manny Farber in 1969. I got Wavelength finally. Did some mental warm up (watched Rabbit's Moon). If I can bear up with Anger for 16 minutes, come what may I will survive Snow too :p
Strayed. Sorry! / Straying away. Stop!
A master at his best!
Bergman is brutal but beautiful.
The thirst for knowledge can fill your eyes with the taste of salt.
There is such a thing called love. It exists. I had seen a Hindi remake a couple of years ago, and had liked it! But after watching the original at a screening at National Film Archive of India, Pune, now I know why the remake is unbearably horrible... Even the thought of it will make me puke.
Pierrot le fou is poetry; the poet reveals the fluidity of emotions and their markedly difference in the two sexes.
The finest dreams on reel.
watch this and you'll know why David Lynch is the most celebrated pornographer
It helped me see the 'real' life inside the occupied territory. The film gradually unfolds. If you're curious to know how or what would-be-suicide bombers are like, this can provide some insight. Its slow and poignant tale does leave one thinking at the end and wish if only life was not so cruel.
Absolutely loved this film. It’s such a wonderful portrayal of love, friendship and betrayal. It’s also a growing-up story. A crime thriller. A classic. I had never seen such a terrific movie and I don’t remember anything like City of God. I did buy City of Men but still haven’t found time to watch it.
