Don't worry about your English; it is far, far better than my French in every way possible :). As for Sion Sono, I hope it gets a release in the United Kingdom. Since 'Love Exposure', we've started getting his films in limited cinema releases and on DVD, with 'Cold Fish' being released this year. I only wished someone get the rights to 'Suicide Club' and 'Noriko's Dinner Table' though and take advantage of the wave of interest in him. As for 'Drive', the reviews I've read suggest to me it's a pulpy, well made genre film which I hope it is, which is not to everyone's tastes. It would be a shame however if it turned out to be an extremely dull disapointment, as the director's last film was incredible for me.

I'm very interested in your reviews of the films from Cannes even if they're just star ratings. I must admit I really want to see 'Drive', but I hope to see 'Michael', 'Melancholia' and 'Once Upon a Time in Anatolia' just as much, far more so then 'The Tree of Life'. Just out of interest, I saw that you've given Sion Sono's new film 'Guilty As Romance' five out of five; what do you think of it?
