Oh yes, I can and will recommend some Kaurismaki. "Ariel" and "Lights in the Dusk" since these are great and relatively easy to procure in North America. "Ariel" and "Shadows in Paradise" are both worth watching, and in the recent Eclipse set. "The Match-factory Girl" is a slog though. Short, but boring. "Drifting Clouds" is my personal favorite of his, and it is rather difficult to come by. I found a VHS-rip from a Brit VHS at a local video store. It was worth it. So that was my long-winded way of saying: ---Great--- 1. Drifting Clouds 2. Ariel 3. Lights in the Dusk 4. Shadows in Paradise - --Good--- 5. The man without a past 6. Juha ----Weak---- 7. Take Care of your Scarf, Tatiana 8. I hired a contract killer (great song played by Joe Strummer) 9. The Leningrad Cowboys Go America (Jarmusch cameo) 10. The match-factory girl
