Your welcome! Thanks for the follow back! I see you've been watching a lot of Herzog. He's one of my absolute favorite directors. Fitzcarraldo is a truly perfect work of art. As is Stroszeck, the scene where they go out on the ice lake is magical.

Sorry for the delay. I shall read some Louis-Ferdinand Céline in the near future. Right now, I'm trying to embark on Dostoevesky (still haven't read him) since Hamsun is one of my favorite authors. Yes. Abe is great,but I don't think "Woman in the Dunes" is his best work. Perhaps it is novel in which his prose is most pronounced but I prefer "Box Man." Hope all is well with you.
