My Mum loves the movies from Pedro Almodóvar, especially High Heels and All About My Mother. Furthermore, she likes Harold & Maude, What’s Eating Gilbert Grape and Le fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain.
My Dad is really into movies. He showed me many of his favourite films when I was still a little child and so I always connect them to ‘the good old times’, like for example The Fearless Vampire Killers, North by Northwest, Death on the Nile, Arsenic & Old Lace, Charade, Murder by Death, the James Bond movies, etc. His favourite directors are Roman Polanski, Woody Allen, Alfred Hitchcock & Mel Brooks.
…… Put that all together and it’s my taste in movies!
