About Me

Turner was born on March 4, 1994 in Saskatoon, Canada. He later moved to Calgary, where he became interested in writing during an English class. Turner pursued writing for some time and was published on a writing website, winning a writing contest for youth writers. He fell in love with film-making during a trip to Universal Studios during the tram ride through the back-lot. After this he created two short films, Orange to Black and August Dawn, which Turner submitted to festivals but the films were not accepted. Turner still enjoys making movies and he is still trying to get into a festival.

Red-white-blue

Red White & Blue

Saw this at the Calgary International Film Festival with fifteen other people in the theater. Its probably the best movie I've seen so far this year, with its incredible tension, atmosphere, and tightly woven plot.

To be brief this is the best science fiction film I have seen that has been made in the last ten years. This film is comparable to 2001 in many aspects, but the story is paced much better and the story…  read review
