I have lost faith in the majority of the younger generation. over 3 years ago

man when i was younger, i was like i dont give a shit about anything. i had my puberty going on, all kinds of raging hormones that made me do incredibly stupid things. but as i grew out my “i cant go to school, i have my period” days… i started appriciating finer things in life like movies. with the help of a friend i really dug movies, and he’s younger than i am. what i’m saying is that, kids will be kids and once they balance their endocrine system, one will notice good movies. with ridiculous amounts of testosterone, i dont think one can handle a little more than the notebook or friday night lights.

Why all the hate? over 3 years ago

robocop… ROOKIE DIES, BECOMES ROBOT BY MASTER COORPORATION, ROBOT OWNS THE FUCK OUT OF BAD GUYS, LIKE WHAT THE FUCK! THAT SHIT IS OFF THE HOOK. i know its not all… blood mixed with tears and snowflakes, but it hits the spot for a crime drama comedy without being super “nudge nudge, get it, thats funny huh?” robo cop is awesome man.

Who do you think the most overrated director is? over 3 years ago

blade runner was off the hook, hell boys where off the hook. fallen angels was off the hook though alot of people may find it hard to watch because of the fish eye. my life to live was a good story… i wanted more music. i really liked pans labyrinth, the cinematography was amazing, it really appealed to me because alot of the scenes that happened with the “other realm” looked like scrutinized paintings. M nights UNBREAKABLE was perfect to what the story was, and the style it was going for.

COMPILE A BEGINNING, A CLIMAX AND ENDING FROM DIFFERENT MOVIES. over 3 years ago

i want to make this fun, see how ridiculous it can get…

you can use a climax for a beginning, a beggining for a climax, etc… JUST MOMENTS TO MAKE IT SHORT.

AND A SOUNDTRACK!

Last movie you saw and rate it over 3 years ago

Easy Rider. seriously, i saw peter fonda last night in 12 angry men, and i was still pretty impressed by peter fonda. dennis hopper player an awesome look like a hippie but be about the money character. the ending was wayyy trippy, well all throughout the movie i was laughing with the dawn of hippie culture. all in all, easy rider was an easy movie to watch, surprising ending.

Torture Porn over 3 years ago

sadism in an phenomenon that has withheld its statue and is growing alot more in western culture. psychologist say that men seek dominatrixes for a power adjustment to relieve the stress of heavy responsibility, i.e.; work. torture porn could be occurring due to the a stigma a director has and wants to express it, or companies have found a good money pot in this and a target audience that are into s&m. also, things like torture porn are still very taboo, and it being expressed in a film is a good excuse in itself to watch it and relieve that pervert in all of us.

Greatest movie villain. over 3 years ago

javier bardem was great too. the good ol witch is a classic antagonist. but denzel to me was a super villain the way that he was a cop, a person that typical america calls when in distress, soon he starts warming up the rookie, but ends up murdering, stealing, from his long time buddies in order to save his own ass.

how movies lie almost 3 years ago

from the get go – movies are lies. they are written- rehearsed- and filmed… edited to pursuade feelings that would not be there to a such a heavy gravity if it wasnt for all the nails and screws. common sense – no? but lies or no lies, i love movies regardless if they lie to me, i dont care in the ocean isnt really that blue as long as its beautiful!
