Hi, I really enjoy your comments on Akira Kurosawa films here on mubi, they make me want to see his films even more. So I thought I'd follow you If you don't mind. I'm currently catching up on his work. I'm also reading Donald Richie's wonderful book on Kurosawa (although I don't check up on the one's I've not seen yet). I'm most enthusiastic about 'DODES'KA-DEN', which I regard as my temporary favorite - such a generous tribute to human imagination. Have you seen it? I was lucky to watch on 35mm last year. Looking forward to read more of your comments on films. :-)
