That's right, Dick Lester deserves more recognition than some snobbish filmmakers from his period. He made wonderful stuff with the beatles, the goons, musketeers and so on. I wish more people knew his films or appreciate his playful and surreal sense of humour.
that's the same treatment I get when I talk some underrated flick, or everytime I say I'm a Bond fan, but I don't pay attention to snobs. Cheers mate, glad to meet some one from down under, I'd like to go there some day.
I thought exactly the same, I found it anguishing, and it was difficult for me to watch it without subtitles, trying to understand that aussie accent. I also love rosemary's baby, it was the first real horror film I saw.
social network was ok, I liked that it was shot like a thriller, and most of the script.
