I’m Lacey. I like Winter best due to it being a time of year that I can watch more films, but I also like snow.
I currently study at Ayr College – HNC Media Ananlysis and Production.
I have high hopes for my career, maybe too high – but whatever, I WILL be a director, and a successful one at that…
I get asked alot what my favourite film is. I think it’s a question very hard to answer, but I always say Taxi Driver.. I’m sure you’ll agree that it’s fantastic.
I like all films, even the ones that are crap.

Some people say I have OCD with certain things, but I don’t and it should be called CDO anyway.

I’ve just written this before checking this site out, it’s rushed cause I’m excited.

Last night, I watched 50/50 (2011) I have to say it was absolutely excellent! Very different from many other films I have seen which focus on the same issues - the struggle of one who has cancer. Seth Rogen, as always did not dissapoint. However, Joseph Gordon-Levitt was outstanding. I've liked almost everything he was in, but this was by far the best. I felt every emotion the character felt. I laughed and cried, laughed and cried. I also completely enjoyed the romantic part of it, it's inspiring how he found love through his tough journey, but un-like many other films, it rarely ever focused on this alone, the focus was always on the struggle! Even at the end - the viewer may expect to see them kiss, which did not happen, for a change! It was refreshing to see. 10/10 from me, or should I say 50/50? Worth a watch! Just watched Seven Pounds (2008) Can you believe that? I can't. Anyway, however late I may be, I thought it was an excellent piece of work. Each character was superb, and the story really grabbed me (I cried.. a lot!) It was truly amazing, and will stay with me for a while.
