rafa é fracote? também não vou à bola com o puto maravilha confesso. Também partilhamos as 3 estrelas no Tabu não amei, não gostei muito, muito por culpa da primeira parte que tem ali falhas....na selva tá soberbo mas mesmo assim não sei...se calhar pede segundo visionamento não sei....

    Eu achei o Tabu um filme mais curioso do que propriamente "bom". Tem uma série de falhas, compensadas pela beleza estarrecedora de algumas cenas, mas nunca se chega a elevar a algo de realmente sólido. E mesmo na découpage, o filme chega a ser francamente banal, facto que tenta compensar com alguns planos mais "flashy" que parecem vindos de outro filme. O baixo orçamento do filme também não ajuda em questões de produção mas o que eu achei mais desapontante é a total "normalidade" dos crimes de Aurora: tanta coisa, tanta coisa e é simples adultério... Faltava-lhe alguma coesão e, sobretudo, maturidade. Não deixa de ser um filme muitissimo interessante mas, em última análise, falha. Desse ponto de vista, é semelhante ao A Vingança de Uma Mulher, embora eu tenho gostado mais deste último.

Man, your Ghosts of Mars blurbs are excellent! Wonderful insight. Also, have you seen any John Hyams. He has a great deal of Carpenter influence, and shows massive promise as a budding auteur, struggling in the cheap DTV action industry. Definitely one to watch out for.
