The quintessential study of 2 thespian lab rats at the end of the '60's. It is poetic, hilariously funny and profoundly humane; a must own. I strongly recommend the 2 disc UK special edition from AnchorBay as it is anamorphic (the Criterion, however, gives the more accurate aspect ratio).

Kubrick's masterpiece; pure cinema.

The Pialat film that opened the door; I've never looked back since. Searching any DVD's of his I can find.
