Haha, I can totally understand why you would not have applied to Mt Holyoke. I applied to NYU and Bard too (as well as Emerson in Boston and SUNY Purchase). I got rejected from NYU actually (but will probably apply again for grad school). In the end, it was between MHC and Bard. Bard seemed really cool but I spent a whole weekend at MHC and it gave me more money, so there ya go. Let me know what happens with your applications!

It's so funny you say that! I also only looked up schools with film studies as a major. And I LOVE IT. I go to Mount Holyoke College, which is actually more of a science school, but it's part of a 5-College Consortium with UMass-Amherst, Amherst College, Smith College, and Hampshire College, which means I can take classes at any of those schools. I'm in a class at Amherst now. It's just so great. My homework is basically watching movies 24/7! What schools are you looking into specifically?
