I am not fanatically in love with this film but it was somewhat inspirational and entertaining. Great cinematography, mise-en-scene, and soundtrack, but the acting and character development were imperfect.

This film shows our daily lives realistically, but there's also poetic expressions. The director's black-and-white cinematic technique really drew me into the scenes. There were several scenes that were surreal and humorous; seemed like the director was inspired by Luis Buñuel. Def recommend to watch this film!

great job on camera angles..A lot different from the original piece though.. well the ending part was pretty understandable and humorous

This classic film just surprised me! The actors' were so great and the music was awesome too! Never thought the cilvil war could be depicted so funny like this!

I saw this one tonight at theatre. It was a brilliant animation film!! The colors and music were just fantastic! It really makes sense why this one was nominated for Oscar. I especially liked when he first met Ashely, Brenden's forest friend, the scenes when they both climbed up the oak tree were so beautiful!!! It was such an artistic and influential animation film which totally blew my mind away!!
