Danielle DiGiacomo is head of Documentary Acquisitions for IndiePix Films and was Associate Producer on Jennifer Venditti’s Billy The Kid ("Outstanding Achievement in a Debut Feature, Cinema Eye Honors, 2008) and Samantha Buck’s “21 Below”. She has programmed in conjunction with the Woodstock Film Festival, Brooklyn Independent Cinema Series, Rooftop Films, and the Culture Project and produced the Cinema Eye Honors for Nonfiction Film over the last two years. She has presented on panels about film distribution at Woodstock, Newport, Hunter College, IFF Boston, NewFest, Rooftop, Big Sky, East Silver, Sheffield Doc/Fest and Guth Gafa Film Festivals and teaches “Contemporary Documentary” and “Documentary Distribution and Marketing” at NYU.
