Thanks for naming the Hellman westerns in the Nicholson thread. I love those films, and even though I probably regard Five Easy Pieces, Chinatown, The Last Detail, etc. higher, those are awesome movies.

wow you really didn't understand the social satire part of Wall-E at all did you? I'll agree that it wasn't the best movie of the year but I would say as far boring animated features go it's not like it wasn't an original screenplay. Third man does look amazing on Blu-Ray by the way, ha.

I agree with your opinion on The Third Man on Blu-Ray - it looks brilliant! I'll probably get the DVD version eventually though just for the case/collectors item.
