i'm a huge herzog fan and i hated this. It mocked the viewer with its inane, sloppy and predictable form, irrelevant dialog and I may as well have spent two hours eavesdropping at walmart. Werner on autopilot. an ipad app could sling together random clips of people babbling, overdub it with a herzogian soundtrack and, chances are, it would create a less arbitrary, tedious and disappointing film than this was.
