Watch it in IMAX 3D and get there early to find a good seat as you don't want to be at the front. By far the best visual effects I have ever seen and the film is not bad either. The 3D mosquitoes looked so real sitting close to the screen that I thought they were going to bite me!
Love Cameron's quote from when he just finished editing this: “I just realized I made a $200 million chick flick where everyone dies. What the hell was I thinking?”
The costumes, cinematography and acting were great, but I got bored of the monsters running around and flighting constantly with not much else going on. I felt like there was something missing that could have made this an incredible film.
I thought there must have been a mistake... this film couldn't have been made in 2009, but it seems it was! Worth watching for the dance scene alone!
Great film, just wish it was in Russian
He'll be talking in NY on November 7th: http://www.rmanyc.org/pages/load/156
I loved the Leos Carax and Bong Joon-ho films, but wasn't a big fan of the Gondry segment.
extremely disturbing!
Probably the scariest film I have ever seen! reminded me of Fuseli's 'The Nightmare'
The best feature film I've seen about Iraq.
