RockNRolla (2008, dir. Guy Ritchie) Watching RockNRolla is like watching a friend who's been in a depressive funk for the past year over the breakup of his girlfriend come back to his normal righteously fuck all self. No pun intended but welcome back Guy Ritchie from the depressed girlfriend funk to the sunshine of glorious fuck all self. What a glorious fuck all self that Ritchie is. To describe RockNRolla's plot is almost impossible. It's labythine and fuck and fucking hell. It's one of those films that like Ritchie's best efforts (Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch) is best to let it wash over you and enjoy the ride as it runs amuck over the course of 120 minutes. Definitely worth a looksee.
