I was privileged enough to see “L’Avventura” by Antonioni at the big screen when I was 15 or 16. I was about to say that I’ll never forget that, and yet I’ve forgotten which year it was. Magnificent. Although the film itself was “it” for me.
Very sorry to see that Autumn (Sonbahar) has gone unmentioned here. It’s by Özcan Alper and along with Pandora’s Box it was the best I saw coming from Turkey in 2008.
I totally love this idea and I’ll chip in whatever remains of my budget when I’ve bought this falls course literature. Looking forward to see this progress. Best of luck.
