The mad, noble pursuit of one's own meaning. Perpetually revises its methods, subverts its form and transcends its message. An honest film; a masterpiece.

We're aiming for some festival screenings - our submissions are going to be starting as early as this week. Hopefully we can fare well in that world, but we're a small fish in a big pond - looking to get some money for a larger film set in Newfoundland to be shot in the coming winter. Do you have Facebook?

The film's slated to be done this month (although likely early June). We're wrapping up post at the moment. I'm from Newfoundland, yeah, the north has always fascinated me too. I've got friends and family in the territories and I fully plan on visiting whenever possible! You should look into Labrador too, a northern territory unlike anywhere else!

It's actually a still from my newest short film (how inventive, right?) but if you're interested you can see a teaser here: https://vimeo.com/63413979. I hope the profile picture reminded you of a decent film, though!

Sent. Eureka is the only film from Walkabout to Insignificance that I haven't seen. But yea, I love Roeg. And Theresa Russell. And it has Hackman and Hauer, whom I believe we spoke of the latter once before. I need to check it out.
