When you are viewing other peoples “favourite film” lists you should not only be able to “fan” the film, but you should be able to add it to your “want to watch” list without having to click into the films profile. Same goes vice versa for when you are looking at someones “want to watch” list, you should be able to not only add it to your “want to watch” list but become a “fan” without clicking into the films profile.
