Cristina is the Head of Programming and Digital Acquisitions at CANANA Distribution in Mexico. Previously, she managed international sales at FiGa Films, created the Mexican digital distribution project KID SISTER, and co-founded and served as Head of Content at FilmCatcher.com in New York. She is currently the U.S. Delegate for the Semaine de la Critique of the Cannes Film Festival. She holds a BA in Economics from New York University and currently lives with her husband in Mexico City.
