A very good point about people being shocked by animal cruelty, yet not acknowledging what goes into the meat they eat. 99 percent of people couldn't pull the trigger on an animal. I saw this cute bunny rabbit the other day. I thought "everyone would think it's cute, but a lot of those same people would eat it, no problems". But how many would think it's cute AND kill it? The overlap would be very small. People are not perfect, but the least we can do is raise ourselves to a higher level of consciousness and adjust our practices the best we can.
