Just finished watching my first Kar Wai Wong movie ever and in Blu-Ray too! I can see why Quentin Tarantino loves this film. They both have that French New Wave Godard style. How beautiful was Valerie Chow and Faye Wong!

Favorite scenes:

-Expired Pineapples
-Love scene with stewardess
-Dancing to “California Dreaming”
-Cover of Cranberries “Dreams”

Time to check out his other movies….

what did you watch today? almost 3 years ago

Last night I watched the 3rd episode of the HBO Television Drama “The Corner”. This is an amazing series and a MUST SEE for fans of David Simon’s “The Wire” the greatest television series ever. You don’t believe me huh? Yes there is The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, and Lost fans but if you live in America and don’t watch “The Wire” then you don’t know the reality of what’s going on your own country!

Post Your Dreams! almost 3 years ago

Ahhhh Dreams….the human subconscious…or another reality? Do ya’ll know what DMT is?

“Dimethyltryptamine” is the craziest hallucinogen known to man! It’s a fluid that’s produced by the Pineal gland, literally your “Third Eye”, your brain produces it every night when you sleep and it’s what causes Dreams. Sometimes people can’t remember their dreams (Lucky Mutherfuckers I’d gladly switch with you lucky bastards in a minute) but unfortunately for some people they remember ALL their dreams, now that would be AWESOME if I had sex dreams with Monica Bellucci but that’s not the case with me.

I constantly have these Prophetic End Of The World type dreams where everyone is dying, or under constant surveillance (cameras everywhere Big Brother watching) some 1984 type shit! It’s really disturbing because I believe the dreams are real and I wake up literally in tears thinking that my loved ones have died, that’s how powerful the mind is.

The oldest dream I could remember was being in a church where everyone was holding hands singing “Our Father Who Art In Heaven” in beautiful harmony….it made actual Angelic Beings (with white wings) fly up into the ceiling of the church. Suddenly I myself was flying over the city, soaring in the sky looking down at the Earth. Now I’m afraid of heights so while it felt good to fly I also got scared because I was elevating higher and higher into the atmosphere. So I started to think really blasphemous Satanic thoughts and I started to descend lower and lower back towards the ground. Very weird.

In the end…I CHERISH the nights where I actually REST and SLEEP and wake up not remembering ANYTHING. I love those nights…

Top 20 horror films over 1 year ago

Ohh you want some horror shit!!?!?! You want some fucking scary shit huh little boys and girls? Man fuck all those classics we have all watched the exorcists, the dawn of the deads, the nosferatus etc

What about some RARE shit that obscure shit that barely anyone knows about, well the fucked up people who watch obscure surreal shit know about it but the typical movie geek who’s scared of the Resident Evil MOVIES and not the GAMES need to study this shit!

1. Begotten directed by E. Elias Merhige

If you want some of that SURREAL/black and white nightmarish think of the video in The Ring watch this shit!! I downloaded this movie onto my computer and within the first 30 minutes of it my nose automatically started to fucking bleed for no reason!! I was like WHAT THE FUCK and turned off windows media player and DELETED that movie! BEGOTTEN cursed me I’ll never be able to watch that movie again…..maybe one day…but straight up THAT SHIT MADE MY FUCKIN NOSE BLEED!

2. Martyrs directed be Pascal Laugier

French horror film, BRUTUAL violence, bloody but gorgeous women being tortured. Very artistic, poetic in a sense, but very disturbing undertones. The ending haunted me…

3. Salo directed by Pasolini

Come on now…this movie is fucking disturbing, this truely is horror. Picture yourself as one of the SLAVES in this movie now that’s some SCARY fucking SHIT!!? Not a “horror movie” but the feeling you get physically after you watch this movie is definitely not a “good one”!

4. Eraserhead by David Lynch

A lot of people would LAUGH at this entry because they find it boring, I don’t know for some reason ERASERHEAD especially seeing the BABY disturbs my inner psyche….nightmarish and surreal….atmospheric score, the music is PERFECT, haunting and memorable.

Shit that’s all I can think of now but I’m pretty sure the weirdos out there can add more disturbing horrific horror fims that I haven’t peeped yet!

What Happened to Etiquette at the Movies? over 1 year ago

If people are talking in the movies it’s because the director didn’t do his or her job to make the audience shut the fuck up and pay attention and EXPERIENCE the genius on screen!
