this is one of the most visually appealing movies I've seen.
Simply beautiful.
Is it a bad thing if when I saw this for the first time, I actually got scared? Best thriller every made, period.
I'm sure we can all agree that the only quasi-flaw with this film is the unbelievably convoluted plot. However, I say "quasi-flaw" because once you figure it out, you learn to absolutely love it for everything it's worth.
Beautious and probably the best starting point for cinephiles introducing themselves to Godard. The jump cuts are revolutionary and intriguing and correspond with the story at hand. Astounding.
Probably my favorite film from the 90s independent renaissance.
Probably one of the only movies that makes me feel really cool when I watch it, however weird that sounds.
Terrrrrrrrrifying. One of the top 5 horror films ever made.
I agree with the below post in every aspect.
2nd favorite film. I really don't know what else can be said.
Stark and real. 'Nuff said.
Hilarious is an understatement.
This film speaks volumes for Kubrick. Although second in comparison to 2001, this film has a special place in my heart. This was the film that really dragged me into the world of film, and I can do nothing but thank Kubrick for it. Flawless.
This is one of the most disappointing movies of the decade, I think. Wayyyyy too overhyped.
I, for some reason, see no flaws in this film. Definitely one of my favorite films ever made.
I don't see why people dislike Paul Thomas Anderson. Not one of his movies has let me down yet. 'There Will Be Blood' is one of my absolute favorite films. He is one of the better directors of our generation, personally, and Magnolia shows this perfectly.
This is one of my favorite film adaptations. Linklater's use of minimalistic settings is absolutely amazing. Three great performances shine here.
