Elephant (Hated this movie, thought it was bullshitty, depressing nevertheless)
Grave of the Fireflies (Great film, one of the best animated films of all time)
Dancer In The Dark (Another good film, although I generally dislike Lars Von Trier. It might be because of my love toward Bjork)
Ed Wood is one of my favorite films. I find the movie to be very inspiring. I particularly love the scene where Wood meets up with Orson Welles at the bar. Marvelous.
I loved the film. The retro Universal logo at the beginning got me pumped but my favorite scenes were the parking lot fight and the graveyard scene. The eyes popping out of the gypsy’s head reminded me of a scene in Midnight Meat Train, unfortunately.
Personally, I think these kind of threads ruin the sense of community on The Auteurs. The Auteurs is a place to talk and discuss the art of film, and we should keep it at that.

I rented Synechdoche, New York and Chasing Amy yesterday. Disliking Synechdoche so far.

George Roy Hill a hack? Maybe Sundance Kid is a bit overatted, but The Sting is great.
