Idris Elba you are destroying the memory I have of Stringer Bell. Please stop acting in terrible movies.
Jigga!
I hope the remake at least gets someone visually interesting and someone who is technically proficient. Someone like a Martin Scorsese or a Michael Mann should do well.
You sure forced that animal wildlife analogy didn't you David Michod?
"And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts, and I looked and behold a pale horse. And his name that said on him was death. And hell followed with him."
Herzog's ruminations on the artificiality of art, cinema and the beauty of nature. This could only be better when viewed in 3D. Fantastic.
Chris Marker reminds us that cinema at its core is image & sound. Brilliant stuff.
I don't think the film is that good, but there's something about this film that makes me want to watch it again.
I guess it's better than seeing more generic Australian kitchen-sink dramas.
I hope my cinematheque screens this eventually.
I remember watching this. :O
That's just a big bowl of wrong.
Melville's directing feels assured and makes itself felt throughout the film.
Oh, that Brandon was deliciously evil!
Did Daryl Hannah even have a reason to be in this?
This was insane. Hahaha!!!
Those in the Australia/NZ region, the film comes as an extra on Madman's DVD release of '2 or 3 Things I Know About Her.'
Will soon be available in Australia. :D
Wong Kar-Wai sure likes having his characters look off into the distance a lot...
Like a brick in the face.
Nolan keeps the plot and action moving forward at a nice pace.
“A work of art is not a mirror but a house of mirrors. It is not a tape recording but an echo-chamber of connected, compared, contrasted feelings and points of view.” – Ray Carney This film gets it spot on.
Ripe for reinterpretation.
Gotta love the ending!

A delight to watch.
This wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
Really wish Tarantino wasn't there.
Happy 100th!
