The White Ribbon

die Inszenirung war zwar hervorragend, allerdings fehlt es mir an die Geduld so nen Film, der scheinbar mit nur einem Gesicht von Tiefgründigkeit gedreht wordan ist , anzuschauen.

yea drive was wicked, definitely my favorite this year. and yeah, saw point blank for the first time ever last week, i loved that one too. they definitely have a vibe shared between them. i loved lee marvin's character. it was almost getting a little kafka to a point, everyone just wouldn't understand he only wanted his money, nothing else, no one probably even would have had to die, actually probably every person who goes to died simply because of themselves trying to be sly. when drive comes out i'm going to do a double feature, watch taxi driver, then driver. it'll be excellent.

Ah I see, you'll have teh keep in touch man! I dig the TF flicks to a degree, mindless, shiny action is fun to watch. The homophobic, racist comedy yarn in those movies is completely fucking unnecessary though. Hoping if they choose to reboot it, like I'm sure they will, they'll have some sort of competence to them. Or I could just watch better films...haha.

Daybreakers

After establishing a very interesting world, Daybreakers ultimately falls short with poor action scenes and Dafoe’s cringe worthy performance as “Elvis”

A Page of Madness

A Page of Madness

I haven’t seen many silent films, but this movie seems unique even compared to some contemporary films. A Page of madness starts off with a very creepy and impressive montage of the various inhabitants…  read review

Ghost in the Shell

This frame is definitely not from the movie, which is disappointing because there is a lot of beautiful ‘shots’ (idk what you call anime frames) to be seen. Speaking of which, who decides what frames…  read review

Star Wars

Star Wars

Not even Harrison ford deliberately trying to ruin Han Solo could make this film bad. Unfortunately for this particular film, the Star Wars universe has expanded so exponentially that the original…  read review
