I would love to go for my doctorate, but I'm experimenting with my interests. I'm mostly studying fine art and philosophy right now. Godard confuses me. I love his Weekend, Contempt, Pierrot Le Fou (my favorite Godard), and recently Made in U.S.A. I feel like I'm missing out on something when I watch his films... I haven't seen much of Chantal Akerman. I saw Jeanne Dielman and I really really liked it. Not enough to make me love Akerman though.
I'm not accomplished in anything cinema related, if that's what you mean. I'm really just a cinephile, with some general knowledge. I've been watching Almodóvar since my teen years in Spain. I guess you could say i've learnt about films by watching them. Thanks for the follow and the nice words about my lists. <3 radical cinema!
