The soundtrack accompaniment is brilliant, the pairing of such ethereal, delicate sounds to this image of a de-evolutionized and dehumanized world was so suiting, so endearing and hopeful of man's power to transcend devastation. Two best scenes: the pepsi chug and grocery store foray. Ee hee

Had a night terror after watching this. In a word-- Potent
A harsh glimpse into a decayed and unglamorous Paris. The ending was easily predicted, but why so abrupt? I suppose it was necessary. I've been hooked on French rap ever since, very nice film.
I had a night terror after watching this movie. Sure sign of excellence, but Holy Mountain will always seem infinitely better to me.
