"It seems strange that my life should end in such a terrible place, but for three years I had roses and apologized to no one. I shall die here. Every inch of me shall perish. Every inch, but one. An inch. It is small and it is fragile and it is the only thing in the world worth having. We must never lose it or give it away. We must NEVER let them take it from us. I hope that whoever you are, you escape this place. I hope that the worlds turns, and that things get better. But what I hope most of all is that you understand what I mean when I tell you that, even though I do not know you, and even though I may never meet you, laugh with you, cry with you, or kiss you, I love you. With all my heart, I love you. Valerie." I consider the quote above from V for Vendetta to be one of the most beautiful lines in film.

Thanks Yolanda. Yeah, the eding of Babel is one of those things that I just can't not watch. Sometimes, if I feel like it (which is actually semi-often), I just put that last scene on and I remove the subtitles, just so it can be absolutely pure. Great, great stuff. I see your aspirations. I hope you're able to see them through. Oh,and I highly recommend Strangelove. Also, if you've not seen Lost In Translation, I say watch it immediately. It seems as though, after looking through your favorite films, it might be something you'd like (as well as Synecdoche, New York, another great, great film). Savvy
