David O. Russell has won me over yet again. I love everything about this film. And I recognize that it may be just as delusional as Pat senior's belief that his son's presence in the room can influence the outcome of the Eagles game, but I cannot help but cling tightly to Pat's romantic belief - if you just work hard and stay positive, you may just have a shot at a silver lining.
