Why so?
Deserves a better title.
All things considered, one of the better book adaptations I've seen. Definitely made for fans of the series though, not sure how I'd like it having not read the book.
Adorable ending.
A lot of irrelevant statistics thrown around, but there's some interesting footage in there.
So much wasted potential.
I'm convinced that anyone who doesn't like it went out of their way to find reasons not to like it.
That or they didn't pay attention or they just want to be a contrarian, which is so silly.
Exactly what you'd think it'd be.
I'm amazed by how little everyone involved in making this apparently knows about the moon.
Full of spoilers? Guess I should have seen that coming...
Agreed with the below comment.
How did so many people give this 3 stars? They're confused.
I... don't even know what to do with myself....
Had no idea that Noe was responsible for this. Makes so much sense now.
Regarding the comment below: it's not a short story... it's a novel.
Combines my two loves: film and astronomy. Fantastic.
3 stars seems almost generous...
Okay, seriously. I freakin' love this movie. I readily accept all judgements.
I may possibly be the only person on earth that enjoyed this movie.
One of the grossest things I've ever seen?

I wish I could explain why I enjoyed this at all.
It's movies like this that make me feel like even I have the potential to be a director... or hell, an actor!
Where are this baby's parents?
I can't help but love this movie. Plants taking over the world? Please and thank you. Breaks my heart that it's being remade.
I hate kids, and this is a wonderfully amusing outlet for that.
The film itself probably deserves 3 stars, but I hate the subject matter enough that it gets 2.
Is it naive of me to ask then, if the subject matter so repulsed you then why did you watch it, and then reduce its overall rating on this basis?...a little bit arrogant of you?
Oh, how I wish the moon were really like that...
The most unsettlingly thought-provoking film I've ever seen.
David Bowie and the cute little worm in the scarf toward the beginning were the only enjoyable aspects of this movie.
