Watched Cimino's Desperate Hours last night. A little uneven but a great exercise in genre film-making, and helped immeasurably by a talented cast and fantastic location photography by Douglas Milsome. Overall, unfairly maligned, like most of Cimino's post-Heaven's Gate output (ok The Sicilian was crap...)
