I am a hardcore film buff, cliched as that might seem. Films are my salvation, my friends and my confidantes. They reflect who I am, who I want to be, and, most painfully, who I was.

I also believe that people should accept that at a basic primal level, movies are escapism. It’s just that the films which stay with us the longest are the ones which try to make us think. I love Ghostbusters. Doesn’t mean I hate 12 Angry Men. Does mean I hate Transformers, however.
