Both AMAZING movies. My Night at Maud's is probably the best movie I've ever seen about the relationship between religion and morality, and Paris, Texas is absolutely heartbreaking.
Awesome provisional top 10!
i'm about to watch 'peking opera blues' xD
I haven't stopped thinking of the dream transmission who knew but its so obviously there science is creepy scary stuff especially theoretical physics but once they find the higs that cat in a box conundrum can make sense. I'm not sure if this was made before the discovery of dark matter as well. Ghosts and Shadows. Even the science channel requires perspective and Carpenter is a master of shifting your perspective on anything I'll be it for the time being but the experience sticks, the master of horror, cant really look at a car, sunglasses, science, or even ad space the same way. He has the artistic value and power of a great novelist.
