On Bostonluna's Wall
Thanks. "Limehouse" is a character portrait of a protagonist whose interpretations are detached from reality, both in natural and in hallucinatory states, a third-person account of a first-person experience told by a narrator who's obsessed with the imperfection of humanity. It's kinda like a Burgess novel, experimenting with language and composition making it more organic and unpredictable. That was the goal anyway. All the major publishers rejected it (of course), but I have my pick of a few smaller publishers, haven't yet decided which one though.
