About James Gray

I am fascinated by Gray and how he has made 3 films (excluding Odessa which I don't recall well enough) about the same idea or question: that is, if I do what I am supposed to do socially I will lose personally and yet how can I not do what I am supposed to do, etc. Very good storyteller, very good writer. Can he keep at it in America, 21st century? I hope so.
