On David Lee's Wall

I am a HUGE Stanley Kubrick fan and have read all the books on him and all the Internet stuff on him and obsessively watch all of his movie (I even have a copy of Fear and Desire). Can I ask why Eyes Wide Shut, Dr. Strangelove, A Clockwork Orange only gets 4 out of 5 and you gave Barry Lyndon, 2001:A Space Odyssey and the Shining 5 out of 5? It's not a judgement it's just myself being curious AND I think you have some really great taste, so I was wondering what about those three films make them not up to par with Lyndon, 2001 and Shining? Did you know that The Shining (Kubrick's version) was based on the Minotaur myth from Greek mythology?
