On Curt Milner's Wall

Is no longer a Godard novice. He's a fascinating filmmaker, sometimes ingenious, sometimes infuriating. The films which often look like they will be hard-going or infised with too much politics are often pleasant surprises, such as 'Pierrot Le Fou.' My favourite has to be Vivre Sa Vie' beautiful, haunting and shocking all at once.
