First movie by Chantal Akerman, starring herself as a strange girl, suffocated in her lonely life. The small place - the whole film is set in the kitchen - gives us and idea of confinement and the strange behavior and sounds she does all the time give us an idea of her loneliness and difficulty to grow up.
