Yeah... I don't understand the propensity to compare filmmakers just as a means to dismiss them. Plus, saying Greenaway steals from Kubrick is an absurdity in-and-of-itself. I don't know where people get this stuff.* Somehow the only reason you and I like Greenaway is because we've bought on to some group think mentality, but the vaunted Stanley Kubrick... no, none of his fans would ever do this...* Blah... it isn't worth it.
