On Jordan C Wellin's Wall

Let's do a film study on how and why, over the course of his directorial career, Darren Aronofsky repeatedly uses this image (or parts of it.). http://www.ibiblio.org/wm/paint/auth/vinci/sketch/proports.jpg I'm starting to believe Aronofsky's films all have one thing in common: they all in some way or another point back to "Pi" (i.e. the perfect circle). Thoughts? ;)
