Double Indemnity

I love Cain, but this one was my least favourite adaptation. I like the innuendos and double entendres in Mildred Pierce and the seductiveness in The Postman Always Rings Twice, but dislike Barbara Stanwyck and the dialogue of this one, despite the fact that it was meant to be excessively stylized--erhem, (understandably) cheesy to some.
